Need to Return a product?

To return a product at Whispar Innovations, you'll need to contact our customer service department at info@vsconce.com, or by telephone. NO returns of any type will be accepted without prior authorization.

We'll need the following information to authorize your return:
- Customer name
- Invoice number
- Item number(s)
- Nature of the problem

In general, Whispar Innovations accepts returns on merchandise within 30 days and will issue full credit less shipping charges. Product must be in original packaging and in resellable condition (no damage). However, Whispar Innovations reserves the right to authorize product returns on custom sconces and should be discussed prior to order.
